A long, long time ago, in a world that seems so damn far away at this point, I realized my love for cooking. Over the years, I've had the opportunity to try my hand at many dishes, and I am continually honing my craft. Many definitions may come to mind when one hears the term "Kitchen Witch". In my mind, based on my research and interpretation of my own practices, a Kitchen Witch nurtures family and home through the focused use of the nutritional and spiritual properties of food and plants.
